Hungry For Hope is a mission project that will allow all students in 7th-12th grade the opportunity to see into the eyes of people facing poverty and starvation in third world countries. Starting at lunch on Friday, March 24th, we begin a fast that will last 30 hours. Friday evening, we’ll spend some time hanging out and learning about the problems facing third world countries. On Saturday, we’ll spend all day serving the community and at the end of the day, eat a large delicious meal to celebrate our time together!
This event was previously called “30 Hour Famine” and was done through World Vision. This year, we are working with Grace in Kenya to provide proceeds to the House of Hope and the communities we support in Kenya.
This is an opportunity to pray, fast, and serve for our friends in Africa. Please consider joining us or supporting us for this special event.
