We all struggle from time to time and have need for care, support, and prayer. The Grace Care Ministry is honored to come alongside of you to provide these resources in your time of need and help you find the right kind of care. Care comes in many forms and may be individual, group or study focused.
Care Ministry services are available to those who call Grace Community Church their home and to anyone in the community. Most care services are free though there may be a fee for materials. High standards of privacy and confidentiality are always maintained.

The mission of Grace Community Church is to reach people with the good news of Jesus Christ and teach them to become followers of him. Grace Care Ministry strives to provide a safe and judgment free environment that allows those reaching out for help to feel comfortable being authentic and transparent. We believe strong support can break down barriers and help individuals to overcome obstacles, find healing, and experience personal growth. Here are the services we offer:
Prayer
Lamentations 3:41 - Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens.
How may we pray for you? The Grace Prayer Ministry is made up of staff, board members and volunteers who pray daily for the needs of our church and community. Prayer team members are also available to pray with you individually by phone or in person. Whatever you are going through, let us come alongside you in prayer.

One-on-One Care
We are blessed with volunteers at Grace with special gifts and training to come alongside you during your time of need offering compassion, care, and support, personalized to meet your specific needs. While it is important to note that One-one-One is not therapy, our care ministry volunteers are trained and supervised to ensure the highest standard of care. One-on-One is available for adults only.
Care Groups
Grace Care Ministry offers Care Groups covering a variety of topics for those seeking healing through the support of others in a similar circumstance. Providing wonderful opportunities for support in difficult seasons of life, these groups meet in person and are for adults only. There is often a material fee for these groups and registration required to attend. Please search Care Groups to see our current group offerings, to learn more about each group and see how to get connected.
Pastoral Care
Connect with a pastor to seek care and discuss possible next steps as you navigate through life transitions including premarital and marriage counseling, weddings, memorial service planning, crisis care and triage. Our calling is to help hurting people to find healing and rest in God’s grace.
