Though we’re not able to gather physically, we’re keeping you connected with creative online tools, teaching, groups, resources, and encouragement for you and your whole family. We believe we can continue to learn and grow together as a church by worshipping together in our homes with our families. Even better, we can SHARE HOPE with our own family and friends.

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” – Hebrews 10:24-25

The physical, spiritual and emotional needs of people are greater than ever. At this time, everyone can do something. Pray – for those most vulnerable, for those on the frontline of healthcare and for our leaders to make good decisions. Check on your neighbors, especially the elderly and widows. Pray for those in your neighborhood.

UPDATED JUNE 3, 2020 | 4:00 PM
  • This week through the GRACE Project, we concluded the school years Full Table Weekend food pack program. Typically we serve approximately 400+ students each weekend. Since COVID 19 we have served 20,943 food packs over 11 weeks!!! Our families will now be invited to obtain their food through our partner the Lighthouse Foundation throughout the summer.
  • The Lighthouse Foundation has provided numerous opportunities for volunteers from Grace Community Church to serve those who are food insecure. Our volunteers assist each week in many ways, including stocking shelves, packing and distribution of food boxes, cleaning, administration and much more. Please contact LeAnne (info below) to join others from Grace in serving at the Lighthouse Foundation.
  • Light of Life Rescue Mission in the city of Pittsburgh continues to see the need for assisting the homeless population through various ways including providing bagged lunches. Each week Grace Community Church has committed to providing up to 300 lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday thru the month of June. Please join us in this project by signing up below. We will be sharing new opportunities with Light of Life in the near future as well!
Light of Life Rescue Mission Bagged Lunches

In addition each lunch should contain a fruit cup or applesauce (no fresh fruit); a snack-sized pack of crackers or cookies, a packet of gum, and either a bottled water with a drink mix OR juice. Once we receive your bagged lunches our team will add additional items such as chips and candy.
  • Drop off will be at Grace Community Church front entrances during the hours of 10 AM – Noon. Volunteers will receive an email with very specific safety and packaging instructions.
