local outreach
About our Process
Local Ministry Partners are approved by our Executive Pastoral team and are all evangelical, faith-based, registered 501(c)(3) organizations. They receive monthly financial support from Grace and provide us with quarterly reports for accountability. All our Local Ministry Partners are located within the United States. Our Local Outreach Ministry also addresses disaster relief efforts when identified and approved by our Executive Pastoral team.
Why we reach out
The love of God shows itself most clearly when His people reach beyond themselves and care about those around them. By leveraging what God has given us to share His love with others, God moves in us as well. Get involved and make an impact in our local communities.

We partner with organizations to create environments where relationships are formed, strengths are empowered, and where the love of Jesus is present. Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference?

Refuge for Women
The Refuge for Women Emergency Housing Pittsburgh program is designed to offer women immediate access to temporary housing, crisis intervention, and other support services. The emergency housing program provides emergency shelter for female survivors of sex trafficking and sexual violence/exploitation.
The Grace Project
The GRACE Project began in the fall of 2015 as a partnership with The Lighthouse Foundation to provide weekend food packs to children who were considered to be at risk of weekend hunger at Haine Elementary School. Over the last 8 years the program has grown to include qualified students in each of the 9 schools within the Seneca Valley School District. We are serving on average 500 students each weekend throughout the school year.

In the fall of 2023, The GRACE Project made available Mental Health Counseling through our counseling program for qualified students to receive up to 15 weeks of counseling to be paid for by the GRACE Project when utilizing the Grace Counseling Services.

The GRACE Project also provides instrument and string rental assistance to qualified students who may otherwise not be able to participate in band or string programs. The GRACE Project is also a huge source for many families at Christmas by providing gifts to 400 students each year. This ministry is primarily funded by donations and our annual fundraising Gala held in the fall.
